The Director, Data Analysis and Impact will support CCAC in its mission by utilizing data to enhance program effectiveness and improve service delivery. This position will focus on data analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making across the organization.

 

 

 

Role Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Develop and execute comprehensive data analysis to assess program and organizational performance, leveraging statistical methods and advanced analytical techniques. Lead the evaluation and enhancement of data collection and analysis processes, collaborating across departments to implement streamlined workflows, ensure high data quality, and establish best practices that drive continuous improvement in program impact.

• Reporting & Insights: Design, produce, and maintain periodic and ad-hoc reports that effectively communicate program outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) to internal stakeholders and external partners; including analytics support across the organization as needed. Ensure that all reporting is data-driven and visually engaging, facilitating easy interpretation and decision-making. Maintain ownership of database configuration and attribute management, ensuring consistency and control over data structure.

• Data Liaison & Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison for program data-related inquiries. Act as key touchpoint for Programs Leaders and Institutional Advancement facilitating communication between program teams and stakeholders. Prepare and present clear, actionable insights based on data findings to diverse audiences, including program managers, leadership, and community partners. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytical insights into strategic program recommendations. Provide support by assisting staff with data analysis needs, including brainstorming effective tracking strategies and identifying meaningful metrics to support team goals.

• Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the data analysis team, providing support, training, and development opportunities. Oversee recruitment, performance management, and foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Ensure team members have the resources and guidance needed to excel in their roles and contribute to the organization's mission.
