<h1></h1><h1><b>Your role</b></h1><h1></h1><h1><b>What you'll be doing</b></h1><p></p><p></p><p><b>Junior Commercial Analyst</b></p><p></p><p><b>What We Need</b></p><p></p><p>Corpay is currently looking to hire a <b>Junior Commercial Analyst</b> within our Corporate European Fleet division. This position falls under our Global Vehicle Payments LOB and is located in Swindon, Almere, Amsterdam, Nuremburg or Prague.</p><p></p><p>As a Junior Commercial Analyst for a fleet business in Europe, you will be part of 4 people team, you will drive top-line output through robust analytics and sound business acumen. As part of the region’s Revenue Management Team, you will learn how a high growth payments business with a SaaS-like subscription model manages revenue optimization. You will always be on top of market performance, products and services adoption, customer retention, share of wallet, and much more. You will support initiatives throughout all business functions and will gradually take over responsibility for the revenue output of expansion initiatives.</p><p></p><p>This role part of a cross-functional team that owns everything related to revenue performance, revenue operations and strategy, including business analytics and pricing. We operate with full discretion on choosing initiatives to execute, always driven by maximizing value for the business and being an integral contributor of the region’s growth trajectory.</p><p></p><p>You will report directly to the Head of revenue Management and regularly collaborate with Fleet business leaders, Sales, FP&A and Finance teams.</p><p></p><p><b>How We Work</b></p><p></p><p>As a Junior Commercial Analyst you will be expected to work in a hybrid office environment. Support for you to complete professional certifications.</p><p></p><p><b>Role Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Working with BI and data teams to produce monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior leadership (preparing data, visuals, and summarizing key insights).</li><li>Supporting revenue performance analysis across the region through reporting, identifying trends and understanding key variances.</li><li>Conducting structured analysis under the guidance of senior team members.</li><li>Contribute to the forecasting and budgeting process by maintaining datasets, updating models, and ensuring accurate alignment between actuals and forecasts.</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing) by providing data and analytics support, helping prepare materials that guide decision-making.</li><li>Support revenue strategy initiatives (acquisition offers, pricing models, and assessing customer and product profitability).</li><li>Monitoring daily pricing and market trends, updating dashboards and flagging anomalies and revenue opportunities.</li><li>Conduct multiple analyses ensuring accuracy and clear communication of findings to stakeholders.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications & Skills</b></p><ul><li><b><u><span>Excellent</span></u></b><span> MS Excel knowledge is <b><u>must</u></b></span></li><li><b><span>Fluent in English</span></b><span> and good communicator</span></li><li><b><span>Eligible to work in EU</span></b><span> without further immigration process (Visa sponsorship, residency etc.)</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in SQL would be a plus</span></li><li><span>Outstanding analytical skills and ability to connect the dots and understand key trends and levers that drive the business</span></li><li><span>Relevant experience in analytical roles</span></li><li><span>Good business acumen paired with high attention to details</span></li><li><span>Enjoy manoeuvring within a fast paced, ambiguous environment and able to handle multiple competing priorities</span></li><li><span>Self-starter who is comfortable with taking calculated risks</span></li></ul><p><b>Why Join Us:</b></p><ul><li>Be part of a close-knit team where your work makes a meaningful impact.</li><li>Contribute to a growing, publicly traded company with opportunities for professional development.</li><li>Engage in a variety of commercial and insights projects that allow data informed decision making</li><li>Enjoy a flexible, supportive, and collaborative work culture.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Benefits & Perks (may vary based on Country)</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Competitive salary (depending on experience)</li><li>25 days annual leave plus public holidays.
