Position:              Technical Integration Analyst

Duties:

• Work on small, large complex and enterprise-wide projects and operate as a system integration team member that provides technical knowledge.
• Participate on project teams, systems and data analysis, design, development, integration, and enhancement activities, as well as related maintenance and more complex production support.
• Analyze requirements and provide accurate and detailed estimates for the designing, building testing and deployment phases of the project.
• Collaborate with Architects, Developers, Senior Infrastructure Technical staff and/or Software Systems Engineers to evaluate and recommend technology advancements and business solutions for assigned projects and/or applications.
• Support the implementation and testing of cross-functional systems, ensuring system meets the needs of client and business; provides continuous support to internal and external clients who are experiencing problems with server hardware, operating systems, core infrastructure applications and related utilities, maintains mainframe operating systems or major subsystems, and associated software and hardware products.
• Proactively monitor projects and/or existing production applications and core infrastructure by looking for ways to improve the applications and its availability.
• Handle unresolved production support issues across multiple areas of expertise; analyzes the current architecture.
• Write complex design specifications and provide design recommendations, develops application and custom integration solutions, including major enhancements and interfaces.
• Provide support to ongoing maintenance of platform and/or client server applications or tools depending upon previous involvement with projects.
• Facilitate and ensure on-time completion of performance, load, functional and other categories of testing and application vulnerability testing efforts and resolution of issues.
• Work on tools such as VUE Software, Jira, Zephyr, MS Office, SAP, FS-CD, Wynsure, DQ+, ServiceNow, and qTest.
• Develop new cross-functional software systems using disciplined software development processes.
• Analyze a broad spectrum of business needs and configures system capabilities to accommodate the evolving needs of clients/customers, Aflac Group business models, and Policy Administration and Compensation roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinate analysis and business requirement gathering for system enhancement related projects including documenting business needs and communicate pros/cons of configuration solution to the business.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field with at least 4 years of progressive experience in IT positions performing the following duties:
  • Providing support in areas of system-wide integration capabilities and requirements.
  • Performing systems and data analysis, design, development, integration and enhancement activities including related maintenance and more complex production support.
  • Supporting the development and deployment of complex systems capabilities that enhance workflow, workload distribution, and integration connectivity to ecosystem applications and reporting tools.
