SAP Conversion SME Associate Director

You Are:
The senior SAP conversion SME is experienced with large, complex SAP data conversion efforts. They are also expected to have experience with cross process functionality in SAP.

The Work:

• Work closely with the client to analyze Data Quality, Data Profiling and Data Cleansing
• Lead efforts to design an appropriate data migration solution, create data migration strategy
• Writing and reviewing technical specification documents
• Developing and executing cutover plan for conversion execution
• Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members

Here's What You Need:

• Bachelors Degree or 10 years of industry experience
• Experience with one or more of the following: budgeting, staffing, forecasting and/or work planning
• Experience with SAP data conversion
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA
• Experience leading a team, and/or project/program

Bonus Points If:

• Bachelors Degree in finance or accounting
• Advanced Degree
• 15+ years of industry experience
• Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas
• Committed to building and maintaining a consistent compliance program
• Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders
• Excellent people management and relationship development skills

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
