What you’ll do:
  • Lead CRM strategies to drive subscriber engagement, retention, and revenue across Group and Consumer segments
  • Own campaign execution end-to-end – from inception to strategic briefing and creative development, to deployment and post-campaign analysis.
  • Build cross-channel journeys (email + app) that are personalized, timely, and aligned with subscriber needs and behaviors
  • Collaborate with Creative partners to develop compelling, relevant marketing messaging that drives impact.
  • Drive continuous improvement with test-and-learn plans across targeting, content, creative, and cadence.
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and clearly communicate results and next steps to stakeholders and leadership.

What you’ll have:
  • 2-5 years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing, preferably in a subscription and/or content-focused business.

  • Strong project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Braze, Iterable)
  • Analytical mindset — skilled in using data to inform decisions, optimize performance, and tell compelling stories.
  • Creative problem-solver who can think both strategically and tactically.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally with product, editorial, and design partners.
  • A passion for customer experience and a curiosity about what drives user behavior.
  • Interest in news, current events, or media is a big plus.
