Analyst-Information Services Data Intermediate
Indiana University Health, Inc. seeks CMMS System Administrator in Indianapolis, IN (IN). Administer and maintain CMMS platform to ensure accurate asset tracking, preventive maintenance scheduling, and compliance reporting. Will design implement and maintain a security and access strategy that enforces data security needs but provides required access only. Will analyze large datasets related to facilities operations, asset lifecycle, and maintenance performance to identify trends and opportunities, while designing dashboards and reports that support strategic decisions for facilities and clinical engineering teams. Through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, will uncover operational inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions, ensuring data integrity and alignment with healthcare regulations and internal standards. Will develop and maintain User level dashboards to support day to day functionality.
Requirements:
- 24 months or more experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, System Administrator or closely related position;
- 24 months or more experience administering a CMMS software program;
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, Computer Information Systems, Health Informatics, or closely related field; (foreign equivalent to US degree accepted);
- 12 months or more experience in asset management;
- 12 months or more experience in SQL query development;
- 12 months or more experience using Power BI development including development using DAX.
