Job Summary

The Medical Records Tech II is responsible or collecting data, and registering birth certificates and fetal death certificates.

Education:

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent
   

Experience:

• Required: 2 years of HIM experience or related field
   

Certifications:

• Preferred: RHIT
