We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director, Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative data and analytics solutions that power front-office trading and drive business growth. This leader will be responsible for defining product vision, building scalable platforms, and ensuring solutions meet evolving market, client, and regulatory needs. As a senior leader, you will collaborate across engineering, data science, and business stakeholders while shaping the roadmap for cutting-edge analytics capabilities. This role requires proven expertise in capital markets, a track record of successful delivery, and the ability to inspire and lead teams toward shared goals.

Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for data and analytics capabilities supporting front-office trading.
  • Align product goals with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities.
  • Identify new opportunities to scale and monetize analytics offerings both internally and externally.
Product Development & Delivery
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and technology teams to design and deliver scalable data and analytics platforms.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
  • Prioritize features across market data, reference data, analytics tools, and client-facing products.
  • Ensure compliance with global privacy, security, and regulatory standards (e.g., MiFID II, Dodd-Frank).
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and develop product managers and cross-functional team members.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior business stakeholder.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in capital markets, with strong knowledge of trading products (equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, etc.)
  • 5+ years of product management experience, focused on data platforms, analytics tools, or financial technology solutions
  • Strong track record of delivering enterprise-scale data and analytics platforms
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, data lakes, visualization tools, and advanced analytics (AI/ML) preferred
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

Salary range $180,000.00- $190,000.00 USD . Bonus Eligible.
