2nd SHIFT HVAC P1 Assembly and Inspection, starting at $18.72/hour!

Primary Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Assembly of automotive parts
• Visual inspection
• Operate an electric air-driver
• Complete daily reports
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Receive training to run any and all aspects of the production line when necessary
• Perform all work safely, following all safety procedures
• Identify and resolve problems
• Support Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities, train new team members, take all steps necessary to meet the customer's needs

Physical and Environmental Demands:

• Repetitive lifting up to 33 pounds
• Bending
• Twisting
• Repetitive gripping with hands
• Standing for prolonged periods of time (8-12 hours)
• Ability to work overtime including weekend overtime
• Comfortable working in an environment with extreme temperatures and loud noises

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Solid, recent work history
• Ability to pass a hands-on dexterity assessment if selected for final assembly area
