Wisk is looking for an energetic and innovative Senior HR Operations and Systems Analyst to support various aspects of the employee experience and the People team. The ideal candidate loves to be employee and vendor-facing and thinks creatively about how to solve problems. You will be responsible for handling transactions throughout the employee lifecycle from pre-hire to their last day.

Responsibilities:
- Generalist Duties (50%)
- Responsible for facilitating an engaging employee onboarding experience from the time the candidate accepts the offer to the time the employee completes the onboarding orientation. This includes working closely with POps and other departments (I.e. Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, DE&I, L&D, Marketing, IT, etc.), to deliver positive, high-quality, seamlessly integrated onboarding experience for new hires and interdependent functional groups.
- Onboards employees by ensuring that Sapling tasks are set up appropriately coordinates background checks, hosts orientation, deploys required training as needed, and serves as the point of contact for new hire questions.
- Interphases employees and communicates with managers via Sapling and email notices to ensure effective onboarding and overall engaging employee experience.
- Serves as a subject matter expert in Wisk People systems and maintains employee data integrity. This includes inputting and updating employee data at key points in employee experience: onboarding, job changes, promotions, org changes, offboarding, etc.
- Provides reporting per defined cadence (i.e. change report, headcount, and other People Operations metrics, export compliance, etc.).
- Supports Wisk’s immigration strategy and case management with the HRBP and our immigration attorneys.
- Identifies and proposes improvement opportunities across People Ops systems used in the employee onboarding & offboarding processes. Implements approved processes as appropriate.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Administer, maintain, and enhance HR systems, including the HRIS, and ATS connectivity to the onboarding system, and assist with performance management and other related platforms.
- Responsible for overseeing effective interfaces across People Ops systems. Identifies and corrects minor interface failures
- Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
- Support current POps’ systems improvements when vendors modify or enhance existing systems Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and standardization.
- Design and implement streamlined workflows that enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs. Data Integrity and Reporting:
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy within HR systems, conducting regular audits and data cleansing.
- Generate ad hoc and regular HR reports, dashboards, and metrics for various stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure HR processes and systems comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Document HR processes, procedures, and system configurations for reference and training purposes.
- Participate in audits and ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards. Training and Support:
- Train HR team members and end-users on system functionality and best practices.
- Serve as the main point of contact for user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Project Management:
- Lead or contribute to HR operations and systems projects, from planning to execution and evaluation.
- Manage project timelines, tasks, resources, and deliverables while ensuring successful outcomes. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with HR team members, IT, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
