Summary: Cleaning, stocking, cashiering, processing, loading, and customer service activities in an outlet store,

dock, and salvage areas.   

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning duties (including but not limited to) bathrooms, floors, shelves, and windows.
• Stoking responsibilities as determined by the store manager.
• Cashier duties
• Processing: sorting, separating, baling, dumping trash,
• Loading: loading and unloading trucks.
• Helpers with a forklift permit and following OSHA procedures can drive a forklift.
• Customer service activities (including but not limited to customer assistance, pricing assistance,
• explaining store operations, and other techniques that may enhance the store’s sales and community
• image.
• Other responsibilities as determined by the store manager.

Education and Experience: Less than high school education, or up to one month related experience or training, or equivalent

combination of education and experience. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but

not required.

Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.   

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved

written or oral instructions.

Equipment and Machines: Bailing machine, merchandise movement, and storage containers.
