Key Responsibilities will include:

• Sell the Women’s Health Biopsy portfolio to current and new accounts

• Establish solid, working relationships with key strategic accounts to create market share conversion

• Expert in Clinical Acumen and Knowledge surrounding the Women’s Health Industry

• Conduct successful product evaluations to increase BD’s market share

• Understand and leverage the contractual landscape

• Inform customers of new and current pricing, backorders, and company policies

• Execute comprehensive product in-services of products

• Conduct business reviews quarterly with department managers, purchasing and procurement

• Collaborate with Territory Manager to drive impact through relationships

• Complete and process BD Peripheral Intervention reports including sales summary reports, expense reports, monthly product tracking reports, account targeting reports, and complaint reports in accordance with established procedures and policies

 

Education and/or Experience:

• MInimum bachelor's degree reguired

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven success in Medical Device Sales or equivalency.; preferably within the Women’s Health Industry

• Demonstrated communication skills

• Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and meet BD's auto safety standards

• Must be able to travel in the field, frequently

 

Additional Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:

• Product knowledge, preferably with BD Women’s Health products

• Surgical procedure knowledge, adequate to illustrate our product benefits

• Basic anatomy

• Medical and surgical terminology

• Thorough understanding of needs/analysis selling

• Excellent listening and communication skills
