GENERAL MAINTENANCE PERSON

Full-Time:  40 hours a week

Hours:  7:30AM - 4:00PM

Schedule: Monday - Friday

About the Role:

We’re seeking a dependable General Maintenance Person to support building operations across our community. This role handles HVAC, electrical, plumbing, preventive maintenance, repairs, and responds to fire/medical alarms and daily maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations and repairs.
• Complete preventive maintenance and daily building checks.
• Maintain alarm and fire protection systems.
• Assist trades staff and support snow/ice removal.
• Ensure a safe, clean working environment.
• Provide backup support for Security when needed.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC.
• At least 1 year experience in one trade preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; must be insurable.
• Own transportation and hand tools required.
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and work independently.
• High school diploma or GED; trade school a plus.

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift/push/pull 60–125+ lbs, walk distances, climb, and work in varied conditions (heights, weather, dust, mechanical areas).
