We're hiring top talent to join Marco for a 10-week, Summer 2024 internship and hopefully beyond! You'll work on real and impactful projects while receiving training and mentorship.
***This position is available in either Minnetonka, MN or St. Cloud, MN***
***Must currently be authorized to work in the United States. We will not be pursuing candidates requiring a Visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future***

The Client Success Intern is responsible for superb customer service for both internal & external Marco customers. The primary objectives are to deliver unparalleled customer service by consistently exceeding customer expectations, build strong and lasting relationships with our customers through open communication, reliability, and a customer-centric approach, and provide prompt and efficient assistance to meet the ever-evolving needs of our valued customers. 

Essential Functions

• Intake and triage simple to complex requests from customers and Marco employees.
• Create quality Salesforce opportunities as well as Connectwise tickets.
• Participate in Customer Engagement activities & events.
• Escalate / delegate sales & service issues timely.
• Uphold Marco’s business ethics by supporting Marco’s vision, mission, and values.

Education and Experience

• Student enrolled in associate or undergraduate program in a marketing, communications, business, sales, related degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work full-time onsite (40 hours/week M-F) during summer 2024
• Able and willing to live within commutable distance to either the Minnetonka, MN or St. Cloud, MN Marco office locations
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future
• Occasional travel is required via automobile and includes travel to different Marco, client, and vendor locations.
