Job Duties:
- The Well-Being Data Coordinator monitors and processes clinical and medical documents; makes referrals as appropriate; enters and uploads supporting data on youth served by the agency, prepares, downloads and distributes reports for regional teams; maintains regional office inventory of supplies and materials; and provides technical assistance support to office staff when needed.
- Provides administrative support to the Well-Being Team and participates in meetings and huddles as requested.
- Refers all children newly entering foster care and under the age of three for BabyNet services as appropriate. Partners with the Statewide BabyNet Coordinator to ensure appropriate and timely referrals.
- Assists the Well-Being Team with therapeutic services funding case consultation schedules and generates office reports as requested by management team.
- Uploads and enters data into CAPSS to assist the regional Well-Being Team; ensures that information uploaded is accurate and linked in the appropriate area of CAPSS.
- Maintains inventory of supplies and materials for Well-Being Team.
- Performs Red Cross shelter duty or other emergency shelter duty/services as directed.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Examples of duties
A High School Diploma and six (6) months of clerical experience.An Associate Degree or higher may be substituted for required experience.
