Job Description

If you’re a Project Assistant ready to support accurate project billing and client coordination and motivated by meaningful work, this is your moment. You’ll prepare and submit claims and invoices, support pre-bill and AP reviews, coordinate client billing through multiple platforms, maintain project documentation and trackers, and ensure outgoing materials are accurate and compliant while playing a key role in keeping projects and partnerships moving forward. Core Responsibilities

  • Claim preparation

  • Eligibility applications, pre-bill review, AP review and approval

  • Client interaction including ENFOS/SNOW invoice submittal

  • Client interaction including Project Forum invoice submittal

  • Permit invoice submittal

  • ENFOS updates and project coordination

  • Update the 7-Eleven Procedures and Operations Manual (P/OM) required trackers and spreadsheets.

  • Maintaining project-related files and summary books

  • Assist with review/edit process of outgoing documents

You’ll thrive here if you have

  • High School diploma or higher level of education.

  • Past experience working in or around the construction or environmental industry considered advantageous for the position

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Bookkeeping experience with accounts payable, accounts receivables and general ledger preferred

  • Working Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, & Outlook

  • Safety conscious, a team player, energetic, self-motivated, eager to learn, possess good written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

  • Must possess the desire to grow in tech
