In this role you will be responsible for defining the next generation of PayPal's app and web experiences aimed at helping consumers manage their payments and get rewarded for shopping with PayPal.

This Senior Product Manager will lead a dedicated and passionate group of developers and designers to evolve PayPal’s customer experience, shaping the future of commerce.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional team in creating and launching innovative mobile-first experiences
• Understand PayPal’s strategic and competitive position in the market to develop a global product strategy and roadmap 
• Identify, design, experiment and iterate on initiatives leveraging usability testing, data, and market research
• Define and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions
• Develop an engaging product that drives activation and adoption for new users and retention and engagement for existing users
• Collaborate with global cross-functional team to develop, market, and launch product globally
• Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of consumer web or mobile product management experience
• Proven track record of delivering successful large-scale mobile products
• Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces
• Strong sense for visual design and detail
• History of leading and executing in fast-paced, high-growth, uncertain environments
• Deep empathy and appreciation for user needs
• Comfortable using data and analytics to inform product decisions
• Ability to lead cross-functional groups and drive action

Desired Skills:

• MBA degree or advanced technical degree is a plus
• Experience managing mobile-first web interfaces
