Role Overview

The Strategic Initiatives & Executive Operations Lead serves as a strategic partner to four Zone Senior Vice Presidents, driving execution across a portfolio of high-priority initiatives while owning the operating rhythm that enables consistent field performance.

 

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. It translates enterprise and zone priorities into structured plans, manages a high-volume cadence of recurring deliverables, and ensures alignment across Home Office and Field leadership. Success in this role requires the ability to operate both as a strategic advisor and as a disciplined operator who delivers accurate, timely, and decision-ready outputs.

 

The individual balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution and will lead cross-functional initiatives related to field performance, while maintaining ownership of core reporting, planning cycles, and key field programs.

 

The role plays a critical part in enabling decision-making through data, insights, and structured communication, while driving consistency and coordination across senior leadership priorities.

 

What You'll Do:

Strategic Planning & Initiative Execution

· Partner with Zone Senior Vice Presidents to shape, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives aligned to enterprise and field objectives

· Translate business priorities into actionable plans with defined milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes

· Manage a portfolio of initiatives, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across competing priorities

· Lead cross-functional efforts tied to field performance

 

Operating Rhythm & Performance Management

· Deliver recurring business insights and materials, including:

o Weekly performance reporting

o Monthly business reviews and zone performance summaries

o Production, recruiting, and retention analytics

o Zone projections and planning materials

· Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reporting outputs to support executive decision-making

 

Executive Communications & Leadership Enablement

· Develop executive-level presentations, briefing materials, and talking points grounded in data and business insights

· Coordinate leadership meetings, planning sessions, and key forums, ensuring clear agendas, materials, and follow-through

· Support senior leadership communications tied to strategic initiatives and business priorities

· Represent senior leadership in cross-functional settings and drive alignment across stakeholders

 

Field Programs & Business Execution

· Support the design, execution, and ongoing management of core field programs, including development, retention, and role evaluation initiatives

· Manage program rules, results tracking, and communication of outcomes to leadership

· Partner with field and Home Office teams to ensure consistent execution and adoption of programs

 

Strategic Events & Planning Forums

· Lead content planning and stakeholder coordination for select field events and forums, including national summits, partner meetings, and zone planning sessions

· Ensure events are tightly aligned to business priorities and drive actionable outcomes

 

Data, Insights & Tools

· Deliver analysis of business performance and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations

· Leverage dashboards, reporting tools, and tracking mechanisms tied to productivity, incentives, and performance drivers

· Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data integrity, and insight generation

 

What You’ll Bring

· 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or financial services

· Proven ability to support and influence multiple senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed, fast-paced and demanding environment

· Ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and navigate ambiguity

· Strong operational discipline with the ability to manage a high-volume cadence of deliverables with precision and accuracy

· Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and action

· Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution

· Understanding of field operations, including recruiting, retention, and performance management preferred

· Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills

· Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, with a track record of developing executive-level materials<
