Senior Configuration Manager<p></p><p></p>Job Category: Engineering and Technical Support<p></p><p></p>Time Type: Full time<p></p><p></p>Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret<p></p><p></p>Employee Type: Regular-Long Term Assignment<p></p><p></p>Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%<p></p><p></p>Type of Travel: Local<p></p><p></p><p></p>* * *<p></p><p></p><p><b><u><span>The Opportunity:</span></u><span> </span></b></p><p></p><p><span><span>CACI is looking for</span><span> </span><span>Senior </span><span>Configuration Manager</span><span>, </span><span>to</span><span> support </span><span>our Army Resolve North (ARN) </span><span>customer in </span><span>Ch</span><span>ie</span><span>vres</span><span>, Belgium</span><span>.</span><span>  </span><span>  </span><span>This position is located OCONUS.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><u><span>Responsibilities:</span></u></b><span> </span></p><p><span><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></span><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Manages and </span><span>maintains</span><span> the configuration of software, hardware, and systems and provides </span><span>expertise</span><span> to support configuration baselines</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Develops and </span><span>maintains</span><span> configuration management documentation, including plans, processes, procedures, and reports</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Develops CMDBs for separate databases for each network and enables the use of automated tools (e.g., SCCM)</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Supports the creation, update, and reporting of system configurations, architectures, data calls, audits, and inventories</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>May supervise others </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><b><u><span>Qualifications:</span></u><span> </span></b></p><p><span>Required:</span><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience </span><span>8-12</span><span> years with a </span><span>BA/BS in related field preferred or equivalent experience considered</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Possess a</span><span> </span><span>Secret clearance with </span><span>the ability to retain</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Demonstrates extensive </span><span>expertise</span><span> in configuration management for software, hardware, and complex systems, including managing and </span><span>maintaining</span><span> configuration baselines. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Possesses comprehensive knowledge of Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs) and automated tools, preferably System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Exhibits mastery in developing and </span><span>maintaining</span><span> configuration management documentation, including plans, processes, and procedures. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Showcases</span><span> </span><span>proficiency</span><span> in creating, updating, and reporting on system configurations, architectures, and inventories. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Excels at applying technical knowledge across multiple high-impact projects and assignments. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Demonstrates strong leadership skills, capable of supervising teams and </span><span>providing</span><span> expert guidance in configuration management practices. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Possesses extensive experience in software engineering across multiple platforms and network environments. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Certification – </span><span>GFACT or CND or Security+ or GSEC </span><span>CEH or CFR or Cloud+ or SSCP or </span><span>PenTest</span><span>+ or Security+ or GSEC or Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE </span><span>designated</span><span> or Training and Additional Certification</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><span>Desired:</span><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience in suppo</span><span>rting </span><span>the </span><span>Army</span><span> Resolve North</span><span> (ARN)</span><span> M</span><span>ission Partner (MP).</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience managing</span><span> complex IT and communication system projects</span><span>.</span></span>
