What You’ll Do

🔹 Integration & Business Optimization
✔ Lead and streamline the integration of newly acquired businesses
✔ Standardize sales & operational processes across locations
✔ Optimize distribution strategies and drive efficiency improvements

🔹 Strategic Growth & Business Development
✔ Develop and execute high-impact commercial strategies
✔ Spearhead new product, category, and channel initiatives
✔ Partner with Sales leadership to acquire key customers

🔹 Cross-Functional Leadership & Change Management
✔ Work with supply chain, operations, finance, IT, and marketing
✔ Align new business initiatives with company goals
✔ Lead data-driven decision-making to boost performance

🔹 Compliance, Risk Management & Project Execution
✔ Ensure commercial activities meet industry regulations
✔ Oversee P&L management for business development
✔ Establish a Go/No-Go process for new initiatives

What You Bring to the Table

✅Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Marketing) 

✅15+ years in financial management, sales, marketing, strategy, or related fields
✅ 10+ years leading and managing teams in consumer-packaged goods
✅ Proven experience in business integration and multi-state operations
✅ Master of contract negotiation, portfolio management, and project execution
✅ Data-driven thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Advanced proficiency in MS Office, PLM tools, and operational software
✅ Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus!)
