ITAM Associate

What success looks like in this role:

• Responsible for the moving of all printers throughout the campuses, including desktop , network, and large scanner copier machines.
• Maintains the stock of all printers.
• Process incoming consumable tickets by pulling equipment, updating the ticket, updating the virtual stock room, labeling the item, and handing off for deployment (for deployment in Tarrytown Only).
• Physically stock vending machines located through the 10 buildings across 4 campuses.
• Maintains a separate stock, both physically and virtually, for vending machines.
• Reports on low stock levels so that re-ordering came be done, maintains virtual stock room.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• High school degree required • Computer-building background experience preferred • Knowledge of Service Now a plus • General knowledge of of Microsoft applications, Excel, Outlook, Teams • Training as required including completion of Core Training • Ability to resolve basic / non-complex problems as directed • Police or criminal background verification clearance may be required
