How you will make an impact

In essence you will be to leading various IT CAPEX projects at our dairies worldwide, aiming at getting all Arla dairies up to the Arla IT Group standards.

Success in this role hinges on delivering projects to our dairies with precision, on time, and within budget. To achieve this, you will work closely with the CAPEX manager, consultants, solution architects, other project team members, and key stakeholders at our dairies.

In addition to managing projects, you will maintain relationships with regional production leaders, serving as their strategic partner, providing regular updates and addressing issues.

 

Furthermore, you can look forward to:

• Taking financial responsibility for the IT delivery within the CAPEX projects
• Coaching and developing the project team to deliver to their best via Arla’s leadership behaviours
• Collaborating on the creation and updating of roadmaps with the project team
• Building strong partnerships with engineering, technology, and Dairy teams
• Ensuring close collaboration with product owners and scrum masters from Dairy IT

This position is located in Viby, Denmark or Gdansk, Poland, but anticipate approximately 30-40 days of travel each year to visit dairies worldwide.

 

How you will be successful

Being a true people leader, you relish the opportunity to develop and coach teams.  You will interact with a diverse stakeholder environment that spans various cultures, so exceptional facilitation and communication skills are essential, as is your ability to engage with individuals from various backgrounds.

In addition to that, you :

• Have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an IT project manager

• Have strong IT acumen or experience from IT production environment
• Are proficient in spoken and written English
