In this role, you will:
- Leverage advanced functional and technical expertise to identify insights and bring to life solutions using visualization tools like Power BI and Celonis.
- Lead analytical model development, evaluation, and deployment to support operational decision making across KCNA End-to-End Supply Chain.
- Use strong business acumen to optimize complex operational processes and guide Supply Chain Operating Office on analytics strategy.
- Actively explore large data sets for supply chain optimization and develop statistical models, metrics, and KPIs.
- Partner with key Supply Chain teams, DTS Analytics team and vendors to enable a robust data foundation utilizing tools like SQL, Celonis, Power BI, HANA VDMs and Snowflake.
- Facilitate process-mapping discussion to identify and action current to future state process improvements and automation capabilities.
- Identify potential analytics use cases, evaluate their feasibility and quantify potential future business impact.
- Create useful and appropriate visualizations tailored for the intended audiences that are easy to interpret and drive data adoption to monitor business performance.
- Utilize strong project management knowledge to develop and lead projects including timeline management, risk assessment plans, and action item management to ensure delivered results.
- Build strong sustainable business relationships at various levels throughout the organization and key customers.

In one of our data science roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Advanced degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of business experience and 3+ years of cross-functional Supply Chain Customer Service, Distribution or Planning experience preferred.
- 5+ years of working experience in data science, analytics and/or data modeling.
- Advanced analytics, data visualization, and reporting dashboard design and development experience.
- Knowledge of or willingness / ability to learn new analytical and automation tools.
- Demonstrated leadership in executing innovative solutions through process and technology.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, analytical thinking and influence.
- Strong technical/analytic skills and experience in multiple platforms such as Excel, SAP/S4, Data Warehouse reporting, Celonis, Power BI, Power Platform, HANA VDMs, Snowflake.
Preferred Experience:
- MBA or MS in Engineering, Data Science, Analytics or related field.
- Working knowledge of Kimberly-Clark’s supply chain interactions.
- Experience with relational database structure and design, SQL, or Snowflake.
- 3+ years of experience using various programming languages (R, Python etc.) to develop and apply
