- Respond to online leads and schedule in-home appointments
- Follow up with past inquiries that have not yet scheduled
- Run nurturing campaigns through phone, text, and email
- Professionally handle customer questions and occasional concerns
- Track all interactions and outcomes in our CRM
- Coordinate appointments with the outside sales team
- Maintain consistent follow-up to keep the sales pipeline moving
