Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $60,000.00 - $91,125.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities

• Financial modeling and analysis in support of budgets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives

• Monitor operating budgets and produce monthly reporting for relevant stakeholders

• Perform ad hoc analyses to support decision making on budgets, investments, and operational initiatives

• Work collaboratively with the accounting team to ensure that all financial activities are included in financial statements

• Partner with the budget team to ensure all required deliverables are completed and on time

• Assist in the preparation of joint venture board materials

• Maintain a clear understanding of key operational, financial, regulatory, and strategic issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience (including internships, military experience, or relevant analytical/operations roles)

• 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent transferable experience) in financial modeling and / or accounting

• Knowledge of hospital / healthcare industry preferred, but not required

• Proficiency in Excel; experience with financial planning systems/tools is a plus, but not required

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work comfortably with numbers and large datasets.
