Job Description

You will assist the Investment & Portfolio Management team with data analysis and reporting, as well as research and other REITs ad-hoc activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data analysis of property operations, asset performance tracking

• Provide assistance in management reporting and quarterly business update for investors

• Conduct market research on SREIT and macroeconomic development

• Perform other ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Preferred studies in Real Estate, Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Able to multitask and deliver work on time and accurately

• Detail-oriented and meticulous
