Job Title: Business Operations and Client Analytics Analyst

Job Description:
This role will support various business units by providing data-driven insights, managing projects, and creating actionable reports to enhance decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct business and client analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Assist in project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives
Perform reconciliations to maintain data accuracy and integrity
Analyze large and multiple data sets to extract meaningful insights
Create data visualizations to effectively communicate complex information
Translate raw data into consumable reports for various stakeholders
Develop and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction and analysis
Utilize Excel for data manipulation, modeling, and reporting
Design and implement dashboards using Tableau or Salesforce Analytics (prior experience not essential)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field
Proficiency in SQL/Python for data analysis and manipulation
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Salesforce Analytics
Ability to work with large and complex datasets
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
Knowledge of financial markets and trading operations
