Sr Revenue Cycle Consultant, Full Time, First Shift

This position drives UC Health revenue cycle initiatives to improve quality, satisfaction, and financial performance for various clinical, administrative, and support functions.

• Managing projects, this position also leads in the development, training and standardization of processes among all facilities.
• Responsible for the support and standardization of revenue cycle processes and collaborates with various levels within and external to the organization to improve operations and drive continuous process improvement by system implementation and enhancement.

• Minimum Required: HS diploma
• Preferred: Bachelors degree
• Minimum Required: 3 - 5 Years equivalent experience
• Project Management Certification preferred
• Must be familiar with all aspects of healthcare revenue cycle processes, systems and applications. Must possess strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. Must be able to work in a high stress environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must demonstrate proficiency in use of personal computers and business software applications (Microsoft office suite, flowcharting). Must be able to function with minimal guidance and oversight and work well with people of diverse educational, technical, and cultural backgrounds.
