SmileMakers Sticker Production Coordinator

Overview

As our SM Sticker Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of all sticker production, including all samplers. This position requires someone who is detail oriented, has computer skills, can multi-task, has good communication skills and can work within a team atmosphere.

Detailed Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions

Pull and interpret sticker sales reports

Pull Master roll stickers for production

Provide information to management regarding production of seasonal and high selling stickers

Provide input to the department on all sticker projects

Schedule production on an as needed basis

Pull Query to check inventory of product

Abide by all policies and procedures of SmileMakers and Oriental Trading Company

Maintain regular and predictable attendance

Must be able to attend face to face meetings on short or little advance notice

Work requires in-person collaboration among colleagues and contractors

 

Marginal Functions

 Coordinate new sticker and sticker design changes with operations, merchandising and supply chain

Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• General computer experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently

• Average reading ability to correctly follow written instructions
• Basic counting and math skills to pick and process the correct quantity

 

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

 

Experience

• Two years experience in a multi-flow production environment preferred
• Product knowledge and familiarity with production process preferred

Other Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Ability to climb stairs
• Ability to lift up to 35-50 pounds
• Good eyesight, hand/eye coordination and attention to detail
