In this role, you will assist department leaders with workflow execution and data management, ensuring optimal care delivery. You will also engage in performance analytics and support care coordination for provider caseloads, contributing to compliance expectations and engagement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist department leaders and clinical providers with workflow execution and data management to enhance access to care and improve outcomes for individuals seeking treatment.
• Collaborate closely with Outpatient Department leaders on performance analytics to drive improvements.
• Support care coordination for provider caseloads, including compliance expectations and engagement/outcomes support.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience and knowledge related to clinical services is preferred.
• Technical skills with Microsoft Office tools related to data management and analysis, and visual representation of data (Excel, Word) preferred.
