DevOps Engineer Associate (Fashion)

<p>Metyis is growing! We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our Data and Analytics team, at our Digital Campus in Porto.</p> <h3>Requirements</h3> <h2>What we offer </h2> <p><br/></p> <ul><li><span dir="ltr"><span dir="ltr">Develop your professional career working with one of the biggest brands in the fashion industry</span>;</span></li><li><span dir="ltr">Interact with senior stakeholders at our clients on regular basis to drive their business towards impactful change</span>;</li><li><span dir="ltr">Work as a facilitator within our Agile environment and be responsible for managing the exchange of information between team members;</span></li><li><span dir="ltr"><span dir="ltr">Become part of a fast-growing international and diverse team;</span></span></li></ul> <h2>What you will do</h2> <p><br/></p> <ul><li>Design, develop, implement, automate &amp; monitor CI/CD/CT pipelines for an Azure based Data Platform;</li><li>Establish and enforce DevOps best practices such as automated testing and deployment strategies;</li><li>Keep up-to-date with emerging data technologies, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for their adoption within the organization's DevOps ecosystem;</li><li>Mentor and provide technical guidance to other data professionals, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning;</li><li>Be proactive and be willing to work closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, MLOps &amp; Cloud Infrastructure teams;</li></ul> <h2>What you will bring </h2> <p><br/></p> <ul><li>3+ years working experience as Azure DevOps Engineer in the field of Data &amp; Analytics or in a similar role;</li><li>Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure is required;</li><li>You’re proficient with scripting languages (e.g. Python, YAML, git, bash, PowerShell, …);</li><li>You’re proficient with CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions…);</li><li>You have experience with testing &amp; data quality (e.g. pytest, great expectations, etc.);</li><li>You have experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, …);</li><li>You have experience with infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, …);</li><li>You have experience of working in an Agile environment (e.g. Scrum, …);</li><li>Certifications in Azure are a plus. (e.g. Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solution Architect Expert, Azure Data Engineer Associate, ...);</li><li>Being familiar with software engineering best practises in coding, software design patterns, testing &amp; debugging are a plus;</li><li>Being familiar with DataOps principles in observability, monitoring, &amp; incident reporting are a plus;</li></ul>
