Director of Financial Flexibility

We are looking for a forward-thinking individual who puts customer experience at the forefront of every decision to join our partner as their Director of Financial Flexibility in Jacksonville, FL.

As a member of this Finance organization it is crucial to understand the accounting standards that influence cash costs and Non-GAAP profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering project outcomes within agreed-upon metrics and goals
• Structuring solutions for identified business challenges
• Mentoring and leading Project Managers
• Catalyzing change within business units to support project execution and growth
• Conducting thorough analyses, including data collection, synthesis, and insight generation
• Creating presentations for senior management to review project progress and results
• Ensuring disciplined, data-driven approaches to enhance operational performance
• Quantifying project impacts on financials, productivity, customer experience, and compliance
• Building relationships with senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred)
• Background in Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement
• Experience in change management, partner collaboration, and influencing without authority
• Proficiency in engineering process re-engineering, offshoring, and outsourcing
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to engage with staff, management, and senior leadership
• Motivated to take ownership and drive initiatives independently
• Skilled in leading and empowering high-performing teams
• Strategic and innovative thinking capacity
