NetSuite Payables staff Accountant

Description

Nayax, a global fintech leader, is looking for a NetSuite Payables Staff Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Develop, implement, and maintain systems, and follow established accounts payable procedures.
• Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers, maintaining accurate records and control reports.
• Manage monthly closing of accounts payable and posting of month-end information, ensuring accuracy of financial statements.
• Respond to accounts payable questions/concerns to meet business needs.
• Review and reconcile supplier statements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Perform bank reconciliations.

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
• Proficiency in ERP software; NetSuite experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (accrual basis accounting), practices, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and various departments.
• Good math and communication skills.
