Job Title: IT Clinical Systems Analyst

Manager Status: Full-Time
Job Summary:
Observe and evaluate standard operating procedures, analyze the respective system capabilities, and make strategic recommendations to staff and operations teams about integrating their current practice with the respective system capabilities. Perform instructor-led training on products at the client's site, local branch, and via online technologies.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the software conversion and implementation process for new and existing customers.
• Demonstrates expertise in technical translation, listening, and oral communication skills.
• Perform a system analysis, including consultation with current users to determine the hardware, software, and/or system function specifications.
• Assist the office staff in determining a software, product solution, and business flow that will suit their needs.
• Recommend improvements and upgrades to software as appropriate.
• Act as an ongoing advisor to staff regarding their technology structure and software features.
• Perform technology demonstrations and other activities to help support staff development.
• Prepare and deliver instructor-led training sessions face to face or via technologies as applicable.
• Install and troubleshoot software, hardware, and digital components with assistance from technical support.
• Collaborate with the software vendors to resolve software and product issues as necessary.
• Prepare, coordinate, and conduct online and personal meetings.
• Professionally represent Specialty Dental Brands to internal and external customers per company policies and procedures.
• Complete all administrative and technical duties (i.e., activity tracking, expense accounts, feedback, reports for pre- and post-training, etc.) within compliance procedures and policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous Dental Experience a plus
· Dental office administrative experience is highly preferred.
· Additional dental assisting or dental hygiene experience is recommended.
· Previous Smartsheet experience
· Experience with a startup company.
· Knowledge of at least one dental practice management and clinical software application Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to fifteen pounds.
- Excellent written, speaking, and listening skills, requiring speech perception.
- Must have high finger dexterity to perform duties involving work on the computer.
- Able to travel as needed.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
· 2+ years’ experience in a training role.
· Specific training in the use of technology-related products.
· Excellent presentation skills, including to large groups.
· Outstanding critical thinking skills.
· Ability to work and contribute to a team environment.
· Initiative-taker who can work independently.
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
· Demonstrates strong leadership skills, completing tasks promptly with little supervision while guiding individuals toward task accomplishment.
· Strong user knowledge of MS Windows.
· Prior experience in the use of and training of technology-related dental products and equipment.
· Knowledge of the dental industry and customary practices.
· Proven experience as a technical and leadership trainer
· Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
· Experience in designing course content.
· Ability to address training needs with complete courses.
· Working knowledge in MS Office (especially Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
· Outstanding communication skills
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities
· Experience in customer service.
