STARTING SALARY: $1,780.37 Bi-Weekly. (In accordance with current spending restrictions, an internal promotion into the position will be filled at the minimum of the pay grade or up to 5% of the employee’s current rate, whichever is higher.)

DESCRIPTION
This is a highly responsible position within the Office of Inspector General that is responsible for conducting detailed management reviews of allegations and systematic issues against program areas and personnel within the Department of Juvenile Justice.
This position exercises independent judgement in the performance of the following:
Investigates, assesses, and analyzes information to resolve issues and problems presented by administrators in relation to Management Reviews. This includes researching applicable policies, reviewing video evidence, and interviewing complainants, witnesses, and subjects in order to reach findings.
Documents in writing management reviews for all areas within the Department of Juvenile Justice in accordance with established policies and procedures and within established timeframes. Reports contain information such as policies, witness statements, videos, and other documents gathered as evidence during the review.
Provides training and consultation in the area of incident reporting and investigative reviews.
Performs all other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
