About the role
The Corporate Development Integration team is seeking a motivated Integration Experience (IX) leader with a background in change management and organizational effectiveness to drive efficient integration of Amazon's acquisitions. The IX Manager will develop and deliver stakeholder (employees, acquired leaders, business sponsors, etc.) engagement strategies, communications, training, and cultural integration activities across Amazon's acquisitions.
The IX Manager will lead and execute change programs to deliver cross-functional and cultural integration for acquisitions during the immediate post-close period and develop programmatic efforts to provide continuously improving acquired employee engagement opportunities.

Integration Experience Managers support this mission by focusing on the acquired employee's experience post-close through delivering change management tactics to adopt integration changes and, as appropriate, learn Amazon's ways-of-working and culture.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $107,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Responsibilities will include:
- Deliver change management tactics for acquisitions during an acquisition’s post-close period
- Create and deliver effective communications materials and communications strategies
- Create and deliver effective training and training strategies with cross-functional teams
- Influence, advise, and lead at all levels – from senior leadership to entry level associates – at Amazon and acquired companies
- Design and launch adoption metrics
- Travel up to 30% of the time (domestic/international)

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of demonstrated change management execution
- 2+ years of post-merger integration experience
- Bachelors and/or MBA from top college or university
