What you get to do in this role:

  • You will collaborate with designers and team leads in coordinating and organizing program deliverables throughout the Design Lifecyle.
  • Act as a bridge between design teams and cross-functional partners
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Enable design teams to scale by creating simplified dashboards and alerts

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of professional project experience ideally within a creative team
  • A go-getter, ambitious problem solver with a growth mindset.
  • Working knowledge of design thinking best practices, basic product design processes, and basic project management techniques.
  • Comfortable interacting with various types of people and roles, either in presentation setting, informal stakeholder interviews, or large meetings.
  • Clear communicator with strong active listening skills

Basic Qualifications

in Business Management, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations and Information Management (OIM) or other equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student, or recent graduate. Pursuing a Bachelors in Business Management, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations and Information Management (OIM) or other equivalent.
  • Graduating/Graduated between May 2023 - August 2024 
  • Ability to start on one of the following cohort start dates:
    • June 17th 2024
    • July 8th 2024
    • August 19th 2024
  • Experience working on and managing large projects or programs with cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver solutions and strategies while mitigating or removing obstacles.
  • Experience utilizing software to keep projects organized, track metrics, and report on progress.

JV22

For positions in the Seattle metro/Kirkland areas, we offer a base pay of $106,100 - $153,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary
