Job Type: Hybrid (Only accepting applicants from AZ)
Compensation: $95,000-$105,000 + Bonus opportunity
Schedule/Availability: Business Operating Hours including extended hours and weekend availability if needed.
Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions:
Must have the ability to lift and carry inventory and move clinic equipment.
Frequently talking and listening to clients and co-workers in person and on phone.
Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment such as phones, keyboards, computers, and touch screen devices.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
About This Exciting Role:
As a Senior Manager, Inventory at Skin Laundry you will have a passion for process improvement and driving efficiency, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to explain inventory concepts in a simple and straightforward manner.
You will work alongside our Logistics team as well as collaborate across departments such as Data & Analytics, Operations, Medical, and our Field teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Develop and implement retail and consumable inventory management strategy across product lifecycle
- Develop and manage inventory and audit Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage from theft, damage, or misplacement
- Develop and manage Inventory training (Front of House and Providers)
- Partner with our Warehouse Supervisor to resolve low stock support tickets and address urgent replenishment needs
- Collaborate with our Data & Analytics team to develop Inventory KPIs and reporting
- Utilize Demand Forecasting Dashboard to monitor and manage inventory replenishments (clinic shipments, warehouse orders, shopify orders) to ensure adequate stock
- Utilize Product Dashboard to monitor and manage audits and shrink across clinic teams
- Collaborate with our Medical team to implement an efficient process for how to draw up consumables and track inventory
- Partner with our Marketing team to align inventory planning with promotional timelines

- Provide guidance on supply chain and vendor relations (i.e., best approaches to coordinate with suppliers and manage logistics (i.e., order and direct ship to clinic proces
