Schedule: Full-time 10:00am-7:00pm, days flexible
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 hourly
Type: Full-time 

The Kitchen Sanitation / Dishwasher is a vital member of the Dunwoody Behavioral Healthcare System of Care. Under the supervision on the Head Chef, they are responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards and assisting in kitchen preparation. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow all Board of Health requirements and the state of Georgia Guidelines.
• Operating dishwasher
• Cleaning pots, pans, ovens, range, deep fryer, and other kitchen equipment
• Mopping floors
• Organizing pantry, freezer, refrigerator 
• Assist Chef Manager with receiving and storing all food delivery 
• Obtains and remains in compliance as a Certified Food Handler
• Ensure all dry good storage products are not past their expiration date.
• Ensure all inventory is secured in a locked storage area.
• Ensure kitchen and appliances are thoroughly cleaned daily.
• Practice ethics and boundaries with clients.
• Report needed maintenance, fault equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately. 
• Knowledge of time temperature of food preparation and storage.
• Experience with functionality of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Wears slip-resistant and closed-toe shoes. 
• Performs other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Culinary experience preferred
• ServSafe Certification
