Branch Manager
The Regional Manager is responsible for the total oversight of their assigned Branch. This includes the general oversight of administration, sales, engineering, Lean HealthCare Consultants, IT, and systems integration. The Regional Manager directly oversees all areas of Operations and office management. The Regional Manager is additionally responsible for the Branch facilities and facilities management. They are to assist the Vice President of Operations with developing and implementing initiatives, processes, and policies to improve efficiencies in the Branch. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, assisting Project Management and Technical staff with Customer-related issues, developing the Operations budget, monitoring service/installation, assisting with monthly billing projections, supporting corporate initiatives and supporting other Branches as directed and needed.

Essential Functions:

1. Ensures all branch activities are conducted in accordance with legal and ethical standards as outlined in KEI’s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy, Core Values and H3 Lean Principles.
2. Work closely with the Vice President of Operations and the Director of Human Resources to identify, hire, and retain staff with the organizational/individual competencies necessary for delivering high-level customer satisfaction.
3. Coordinate with other Regional Managers to share manpower and operational expertise to meet project requirements.
4. Organize and manage the Branch Service Department, focusing on a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting service revenue goals for the Branch’s annual profit plan.
5. Manage administrative staff to ensure that purchasing, billing, and collections facilitate successful project execution, are conducted within company policy, and meet branch financial goals.
6. Hold operations meetings with Branch Operations staff to update project scheduling and efficiently allocate operational assets.
7. Develop and manage a process to maintain the security of product shipments while in the SWC warehouse and after being transferred to the job site.
8. Manage Branch vehicles, tools, and other operational assets to ensure they are properly secured and maintained.
9. Assist in evaluating products and services, allowing SWC to differentiate its product offering in the marketplace and, in turn, improving margins.
10. Participate with the management team to develop the corporate vision, business plan, and annual profit plan.
11. Participate in and report at monthly management meetings on the progress and performance of the branch.
12. Seek involvement in a leading industry trade organization and pursue the goal of board participation.
13. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Accountability:

The Regional Manager will be accountable to the Vice President of Operations. Secondary accountability will be to the President, with certain accountability to other Management, Team Members, and Customers of the Company.

Travel:

Some out-of-town travel required. Valid and current driver’s license required.

Qualifications:

The Regional Manager shall possess at least a two-year electronics degree from an accredited college or university and six (6) years’ working experience in a related field with strong project management experience and P&L responsibility. Related sales experience is beneficial. IT and Microsoft Suite knowledge and experience are strongly preferred.
