Location

  • This role is based in Woodinville, WA and requires you to work onsite 4 days per week, with 1 day remote.
  • To be considered, you must live within commuting distance, as regular in-person collaboration is a key part of the role.

JOB SUMMARY

The Global Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing, supplier management, and end-to-end execution of product orders, with a focus on custom hardgoods and softgoods (e.g., polyresin, bobbleheads, plush). This role partners cross-functionally to ensure products are sourced, developed, and delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This position emphasizes supplier strategy, cost management, and execution excellence while coordinating timelines and deliverables across internal teams and external vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally with business experience in manufacturing, project management, supply chain, logistics, product management, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in sourcing, product development, project management, materials, production, resource planning, supplier management.
  • Hands-on/direct 1:1 experience working with overseas factories, suppliers, or sourcing partners; experience with Chinese factories or Asia-based sourcing is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage supplier negotiations, including pricing, MOQs, production timelines, feasibility, and trade-offs.
  • Strong business judgment, common sense, and ownership mindset, with a demonstrated work ethic and ability to follow through on commitments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, orders, or production timelines concurrently while maintaining attention to detail, deadlines, and customer expectations.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in fast-paced or ambiguous environments where priorities may shift.
  • Effective cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to partner closely with Sales, Design, Logistics, Vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on cost, quality, capability, and reliability
  • Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and production terms to meet business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent performance
  • Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage assigned product categories (Hardline specific) from sourcing through production and delivery
  • Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with requirements
  • Partner with Product Development and Design to ensure specifications are feasible and manufacturable
  • Track production timelines and proactively address risks, delays, or
