Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.</p></div><h2>Your Impact</h2> <p>As a Manufacturing Test Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of the devices that help save lives and keep communities safer. You’ll develop and support advanced automated test systems used in the production of our cutting-edge body-worn cameras, smart weapons, and other connected devices. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale with quality, reliability, and speed.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <p><strong>Location: Onsite at our Pinnacle location in Phoenix, AZ</strong><br><strong>Reports to: Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Video</strong><br><strong>Direct Reports: N/A</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test systems for Axon’s manufacturing lines, leveraging LabVIEW and TestStand</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams—hardware, firmware, software, and manufacturing—to define test strategies and implement scalable solutions</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, reliability, and efficiency to meet Axon’s quality and throughput goals</li> <li>Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by developing and deploying test systems that scale from prototype to mass production</li> <li>Troubleshoot complex test issues and perform root cause analysis on hardware and system-level failures</li> <li>Generate detailed test documentation and support the training of technicians and operators</li> <li>Create Statements of Work (SOW) and other technical specifications for third party integrators.</li> <li>Perform design reviews, software audits and acceptance testing with third party integrators.</li> <li>Collaborate on mechanical fixture design.</li> <li>Analyze test data, generate reports, and provide feedback to engineering and quality teams.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field&
