The Senior Marketing Designer will own key marketing verticals including paid ad creative, social media creative, and other special projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work closely with key Marketing stakeholders to elevate all digital marketing assets including social media, our website, landing pages, and paid media
• Partner with other cross functional teams such as Sales, PR, content, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Member Growth to creatively scale our brand with smart and effective design solutions
• Develop impactful and inventive information visualizations
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and methodologies for various social platforms
• Provide design feedback to select agency partners to ensure brand consistency across platforms and executions
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, and a high standard of quality

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years of digital design experience, ideally with both organic and paid media
• Exceptional graphic design skills, specifically related to typography, layout, and information design. Motion graphic design capabilities are a major plus
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator in particular) and Figma
• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities
• Proactive approach to project management
• Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems

 

The target salary range for this position is $108,700-$141,350, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
