JAC Products has an opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team in Napoleon, Ohio. As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team of professionals, manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and ensure a safe, reliable working environment.   • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct all maintenance employees assigned to the facility and/or Business Unit.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain maintenance procedures.
  • Manage the professional development of maintenance employees (skilled trades program).
  • Oversee procurement and receipt of replacement parts for facility projects.
  • Track and manage key maintenance metrics (e.g., PMs completed, downtime, work orders, time to repair) and implement strategies for improvement.
SKILLS:
  • Proficient with manual, electric, and pneumatic tools and shop equipment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the ability to learn AS400, Lotus Notes, and Mapics.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Mechanically inclined with problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in reading hydraulic, electrical blueprints, and mechanical drawings.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • 4-year technical degree, Journey Worker Certification, or 15+ years of equivalent job-related experience.
  • 3-7 years of experience in hydraulics or electrical maintenance.
  • 3-7 years of supervisory/project management experience in a manufacturing setting.
