SeaQuest is looking for a Safari Team Member (Sales associate) who will enhance the guest experience by creating a warm, inviting, and world-class environment throughout the facility. We are seeking team members with a passion for key performance indicator sales-driven results and significant commission opportunities. With proven sales experience, this position has the potential for commission pay that's equal to or greater than the hourly pay rate. Safari Team Members are responsible for assisting guests and reporting directly to the Safari Team Manager. Responsibilities:

• Front desk POS/Register sales.
• Present full list of products and services.
• Focused on creating fun and unforgettable experiences for every guest.
• Engage with guests and offer specials promotions.
• Up-sell annual membership.
• Encourage guests to leave reviews.
• Conduct Field Trips with Guest audiences.
• Support gift shop activities
• Required to work with animals.
• Cleaning (wherever asked to).

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in selling and up-selling products and services.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively.
• Cheerful, positive attitude with a willingness to be a team player.
• Register and cash handling experience.
• Experience with animals is a plus.

Education:

• Sales training experience a plus.

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule.
• Part-Time.
• Friday-Saturday-Sunday.
• Weekends.
• Holidays.
