Location Details:
At GoDaddy, the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.
Hybrid: This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. Join our Global Employee Life Cycle Management team, where we focus on delivering consistent, compliant, and high-quality HR operational support across regions. This team partners closely with HR, Legal, and business collaborators to ensure seamless employee experiences throughout every stage of the employee journey.

Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers globally on HR operational matters, including policy questions and employee lifecycle activities

Support employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, transitions, and offboarding while ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Assist with Tier 1 immigration and global mobility processes

Partner with regional HR teams to support employee transitions in alignment with local laws and regulations

See opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows, helping to increase efficiency and reduce errors

Develop and document standardised HR procedures to support consistency and scalability.

Ensure HR operations align with local and global employment laws, regulations, and company policies

Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to address regulatory requirements and risks

Act as a key point of contact for employees, supporting a positive and seamless HR experience

Provide clear guidance on HR processes, policies, and tools

Partner cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and interested parties in the business

Contribute to projects and initiatives focused on process improvements and employee experience

Support the implementation of tools and systems to improve HR operations
Your experience should include...
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee lifecycle management
- Knowledge of Romanian employment law and HR compliance requirements
- Demonstrated solid knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle workflows
- Experience handling sensitive employee data with confidentiality and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
- Excellent communication and customer management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
You might also have...
- Experience supporting immigration and global mobility processes
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organisation
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and case management tools,
Workday (preferred) and/or ServiceNow.
- Experience contributing to HR transformation or process optimisation initiatives
