As part of the talented Navico Group Order Management team, you will answer customer queries, resolve issues via appropriate channels, and maintain assigned customer accounts. This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.

- Enter customer purchase orders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Reviews backlog reporting to ensure orders are being shipped and billed in a timely manner
- Track order fulfillment progress and proactively communicate exceptions to customer
- Provide product and pricing availability to customers
- Maintain and update customer portals/dashboards with order status
- Answers customer service phone calls, addresses all inquiries
- Ability to work and achieve established results with limited supervision
- Resolve customer complaints
- Collaborate with internal functional areas on order confirmation, expedites, escalations and other issues, ensuring proactive, consistent, and timely communication to the customer.
- Participate in and/or lead customer meetings providing order status updates
- Identifies solutions to increase efficiencies within departmental functions
- Other key responsibilities and tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years customer service or order management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel & Word skills required
- Oracle or equivalent sales order processing systems experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with internal & external customers
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Normal office working conditions. Typically requires prolonged sitting with consistent computer functionality
- Ability to communicate information and ideas for others to understand by phone, email, and/or messaging
- Required work during regular work week of Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, with occasional weekend work

- Navico Group promotes a” dress for your day” dress code which may include casual, business casual or business professional attire
- Travel less than 10%
