Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the successful delivery of programs to our customers. The ideal candidate will manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements, ensuring technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance. This role involves managing risk, customer relationships, and program staffing, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of program baselines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the successful delivery of a program to a customer or managing the performance of a task or project as part of a larger program under the direction of another Program Manager.
- Manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements, ensuring technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance are met.
- Define or contribute to the program baseline and execute the program to comply with baseline requirements.
- Manage risk, customer relationships, and program staffing to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Provide input in planning, developing, and implementing the program baseline.
- Identify and analyze minor variances and define corrective actions in coordination with Program Oversight.
- Responsible for a task or project when it is part of a larger program reporting to another Program Manager.
- Manage a medium-sized program staff that may include subcontractors or suppliers.
- Conduct financial discussions in coordination with internal cross-functional teams to ensure budget adherence and financial performance.
- Use standard, well-defined processes, procedures, techniques, or tools that may require program-specific modifications.
- Escalate and resolve minor program issues to ensure smooth program execution.
