The Role
We’re looking for a Clinical Research Strategy Lead to support a range of research priorities and manage various projects across the Clinical Strategy and Research team. Modern Health is an evidence-based platform that leverages technology and professional support through a stratified care model to provide members with an appropriate level of high-quality mental health care. You will primarily support our research team, which is focused on evaluating the clinical impact and cost-effectiveness of our approach. You will also support some projects for our broader clinical team.
A few of our upcoming research projects include recruitment and retention for a longitudinal study, analyzing retrospective data from our platform to understand clinical effectiveness, conducting cost-effectiveness analyses, and running prospective experiments. A few of our clinical projects include helping to manage our Global Inclusion Council initiative and our internal clinical enablement series.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare materials for IRB review
- Conduct literature reviews
- Prepare materials for submission to granting agencies
- Prepare survey instruments and program surveys using computer software
- Conduct recruitment and outreach for a longitudinal study
- Facilitate data collection
- Organize and clean multiple sources of data
- Summarize project results for cross-functional teams
- Prepare white papers, presentations, and scientific manuscripts
- Communicate with customers and providers and external research partners
- Perform various project management tasks, including but not limited to budget management and invoice tracking, scheduling, and project tracking
- Identify key studies to demonstrate the value of Modern Health to prospects
- Serve as a voice of behavioral science on cross-functional teams
Who You Are
- Master’s in psychology, behavioral science, public health, or related field
- 4+ years as a research project manager or lab manager in academic, clinical, healthcare, or industry research
- Experience with surveys, including designing surveys (finding validated measures, writing questions), programming surveys (Qualtrics experience required), and managing data collection via surveys
- Experience with research project management
- Outstanding written communication, verbal communication, and organizational skills
