This role will be working out of our Buhler office. This position will have the opportunity to work in the field and also in an office setting.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Installation and configuration of new/current VoIP customers. 
• Provide technical support of end-users
• Manage phone hardware and Optical Network Terminal (ONT) equipment.
• Conduct comprehensive discovery to assess customer configurations and needs.
• Develop enduring documentation to streamline future customer service interactions.
• Strategize telephony installations by reviewing contracts, construction plans, manuals, and technical specifications.
• Proactively identify and stock necessary hardware and supplies for successful installations.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Offer administrative support, including handling phone calls.

Requirements

Experience/Knowledge Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in MS Office, Google Applications or collaborative software

Preferences:

• 1+ years of related IT/telecommunications experience
• Experience with digital phone systems such as VoIP (voice over internet protocol) and analog phone /faxing systems
